Dura-Trac Flooring will adapt to the natural contours of the ground. By incorporating tolerances on all 4 sides, our flooring possesses self-leveling properties that enable it to lay more evenly on uneven or undulating surfaces.

Bumps or mounds may cause an issue depending on how big they are, also the panel is not designed to bridge large gaping ditches. Give us a call to further discuss your concerns.

For less wear and tear on floor all-terrain tires are preferred. Solid Back (SB) can handle any equipment, but we would not recommend warehouse forklifts with hard tires.

Open Backhas an open cavity back. Our lightweight, only 50 lbs each, open back SE panel can support weight on bearing ground of 25,000 lbs. per Sq Ft. Open back panels provide air circulation and water venting.
Solid Backhas a solid panel hot-platewelded to the understructure, making it impervious to dirt, water and other debris. SB panel can support weight on bearing ground of 50,000 lbs.per Sq Ft

There is a score line in the top middle of the panel that is in between the 2 cams – you can simply use a skill saw with a 7 ¾” blade rated for plastic. Call for info on our pre-made 2x4 pieces available soon.

On the pieces you cut they can only be used in one direction. Decide if you will use on the width or length. Can only use 2ft in one direction, other direction must be in increments of 4 ft. Give us a call to further explain.

If you’re using Charcoal SB, we recommend no more than 5 days on natural turf. Charcoal SE can be left down up to 10 days and the grass can be revived. Translucent SE can be left down for 90 days on natural turf with little or no damage.

This depends on how many entries and exits you have. Also, the 4 sides each require a different ramp because of the connection. We recommend between 2-4 ramps for each flooring inventories. In addition, you’ll need to decide if you need a 33” ADA Ramp, a 24” Access Ramp or an 11” Trim Piece.
All ramps are a standard 4 ft wide.

There are no special install instructions for use on sand. Follow the same installation process as you would on any other sub surface. The only tip we offer is to make sure there is no sand pushing into the cams as you’re installing.

No, our panels can be stored outdoors. Warehouse storage would be a premium, but it is not necessary.

When loading, we do not recommend a box trailer. On a 48’ flatbed, you can get 44 stackson pallets or 704 pieces or roughly 11,264 Sq ft. On a 53’ flatbed, if pallets of 16 pieces high are loaded in the truck two pallets high, this will be 12,288 Sq Ft.
